Founder
Josh has been immersed in home building for as long as he can remember—growing up on job sites and learning the craft from a family whose construction and home building roots date back to 1965. Drawing on more than a century of combined family experience, Josh has mastered every stage of the process, from framing and finishes to project management and client care. Since founding White Oak Homes over 10 years ago, he has led with a passion for building affordable, well-crafted homes that stand the test of time. Known for his hands-on approach, Josh ensures each project reflects the company’s values of integrity, quality, and community.
